Agnieszka graduated from Architectural Technology at Munster Technological University in Cork, Ireland. After her studies with an open mind and original ideas she started an innovative manufacturing company specializing in spherical tent structures. Since 2008, while being a CEO of the company, Agnieszka supervised several large projects that included Lady Gaga concerts, Dubai Book Fair, Ridley Scott’s “The Martian” and Ford Mustang Premiere. With her passion of design and traveling, Agnieszka discovered an emerging glamping trend throughout Europe in 2015. Her sixth business sense led her to take a risk and shift the company profile to focus on glamping tents. Since then, she has been successful in managing one of the biggest companies in the world and delivered glamping to the most remote locations in the world.
Agnieszka’s incredible analytical skills and outstanding leadership have allowed her to create a group of experts in the field to build the community of glamping enthusiasts. She is an expert in business analysis, risk assessment and budget planning. She is also a skilled marketing specialist, supervising the work of the Marketing Department.

Magdalena Kołodziej-Hładun is an attorney at law with over ten years of experience. Magdalena graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty of Szczecin University with honors. Since 2013 she has been a member of The Bar Association of Attorneys at Law. For several years, she has been working at the leading international law firms. In 2018 she opened her own Law Firm of Attorney at Law in Szczecin, Poland.
She has extensive experience in advising real estate companies in their investments and development process. She also specializes in lease agreements’ negotiation and real estates’ re-privatization. As a business developer, she supported one of the biggest and well-known healthy food brands in Poland. As Joanna gained experience in brand management, product placement, public relations and marketing, she proficiently supported the brand’s development.
As traveling has always been so close to her heart, Joanna managed to combine her private and professional interests by currently working in the glamping industry, continuing her career in brand and business development. She is also an independent business developer, creating marketing strategies and advising clients how to succeed in their field.

Bart is an architect whose professional career has always been associated with modular constructions which use innovative building materials and technological solutions. He has been gaining extensive knowledge and competences in architecture while participating in numerous unique architectural projects. He started his career path in an international company, known for having the largest number of houses certified by Dramstad Passivhaus Institut in Poland, where he designed numerous passive houses for Polish and Scandinavian market. Bart was also responsible for preparing the building documentation in order to optimize the designs. Among the numerous projects he has actively participated in, there are houses on water, groups of small leisure buildings or single-family properties. The next step of Bart’s career was becoming an architect team manager in a company manufacturing mobile houses delivered to customers all over Europe.
He is currently exploring the possibilities and architecture trends of glamping. Continuous cooperation with the largest producers of building materials in Europe, such as Etex group or the Saint Gobain group, allows him to choose and advise on the right solutions for each conducted project.

Aleksandra Patora is an interior architect with a 10-year experience in designing multifunctional spaces, such as residential interiors, offices and public facilities. After graduating from an international high school in Sweden, she studied Interior Architecture in Poland and became a Master of Art. Aleksandra is proficient in 3ds Max, V-ray and ArchiCAD which she uses on a daily basis in her projects.
In 2014, Aleksandra set up her own interior design studio and has been involved in multiple projects since then. She works over her designs globally, creating conceptual designs, 3D renders, selecting materials, executing the work and supervising the project performance at the spot, and it's compliance with the primary design. Since 2019 Aleksandra has been cooperating with FDomes, designing the Premium Modules offered by the company, arranging the domes' interior and selecting furniture sets along with SOFACOMPANY architects. She has also been working over the FDomes HQ interiors. According to the “Less is more” principle, her designs are always sophisticated, yet minimalistic with a real feel of luxury and comfort.

Ewa Mila is a graphic designer with over 10-year work experience. She specializes in designing websites, online shops, logos and printed materials. She has also a vast experience in brands’ visual identity creation and UX design. Over the years she has cooperated as a freelancer with numerous small and large companies, collaborated with copywriters, marketing specialists and web developers. She has gained extensive experience in graphic design while working for the biggest ecommerce software provider in Poland.
Ewa is an expert in creating minimalist, neat, easy to navigate, functional and eye-catching websites and online stores. In 2019 she joined the team of glamping enthusiasts and revolutionised the visual identification of one of the glamping solutions’ suppliers. She has been supporting the team since then, working over coherent design of all graphic materials and developing her photography skills, being an in-house photographer. Ewa is also one of the first IGF Experts, creating the unique visual identification of the Federation. Privately, she is passionate about creative activities such as photography and handcraft, loves good music, delicious food and hiking.

Adam Wójcikowski is a construction engineer working in the industry for over 15 years. He has graduated from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the field of mechanics and machine construction, specialization: computer-aided machine design. He is a co-founder and a CEO of a manufacturing company supplying large spherical structures for the most spectacular events and brands, such as, Ford Mustang, Audi, The World Economic Forum in Davos, “The Martian”, Coca-Cola and many more. Adam has also introduced a brand-new glamping type into the business, co-founding one of the biggest glamping brands in the world.
Adam’s expertise and experience gained in the position of a construction engineer, production manager and entrepreneur, have been an invaluable contribution to the company. Adam is actively involved in the design of the structures, supervising the production of the devices and setting machines in order to optimize the production processes. He also supervises and participates in the selection of appropriate technical and technological solutions. As an expert, designer and engineer of the spherical structures he has supervised and conducted dozens of buildups and disassembles carried out around the world, in various climates and weather conditions.

Dominik Stragiewski is a Logistics and Transportation Supervisor. Dominik cooperates with various freight forwarders to ensure the safe and pleasant delivery of goods all over the world.
